Ana Paula set up Golden Tree in 2000 and has become a reference within the real estate sector in the Golden Triangle, thanks to exceptional networking skills, an impressive portfolio and her renowned ability to connect with every client on a personal level, thanks to her speaking Portuguese, English, French, German and Spanish fluently.

She began her career working in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Macau within the tourism industry and it was here she developed a strong ability to understand the differing needs of clients from all over the world, especially the specific needs of expats, while improving her language skills.

Ana Paula then worked for the Vale do Lobo resort as the head of tourism and operations director before taking the advice of her then CEO to set up on her own so she could reach her full professional potential.
